Creating a team for The Cocktail Party Box wasn’t something any of us set out to do initially. It was one woman's vision

P. Michele Talley that brought us all together. We each come from different backgrounds—branding, events, hospitality, retail—but what we had in common was a shared love of bringing people together, a deep entrepreneurial spirit, and a vision for something more intentional.

From the outside, our businesses looked successful, and in many ways they were—but we began to feel the pull for collaboration over competition, for community over hustle. We were craving something that combined creativity, connection, and celebration in a way that felt authentic to who we are—not just as entrepreneurs, but as women.
